Back in Berlin, capital of Germany!

The International Human Factors in Telecommunication (HFT)
Symposia, established in 1961, has become a classic event in our
field. The HFT Symposium provides an interactive forum for
academics, practitioners and policy makers to discuss the
challenges, innovations, standards and development opportunities
of digitally inclusive societies. The event strives for the best
possible user experience and accessibility of Information and
Communication Technologies (ICT), for all.

HFT organizes its 22nd Symposium, which will be hosted by the
Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute in Berlin, Germany, a trendy
incubator for researching and innovating our digital future.

This ETSI-endorsed symposium will address topics of global and
local relevance in an interactive way, related to the research,
development, collaborative processes, deployment, use and impacts
of fixed and mobile ICTs (including devices, societal and other
e-and m-services and apps).

ISBN-numbered proceedings will be published (details to be
