it Paper The World Wide Web is the largest source of openly
accessible data, and the most common means to connect people and
share resources. However, exploiting these interconnected Webs to
obtain information is still an unsolved problem. This conference
calls for papers describing recent research in Information
Retrieval concerning the integration between a Web of Data and a
Web of People, to transform pure data into information, and
information into usable knowledge. We welcome submissions from
both research and industrial communities addressing the main
conference theme.
