        CALL FOR PAPERS OAIR 2013 Open Research Areas in
        Information Retrieval "Searching th web of people and the
        Web of data" Lisbon - Portugal 22-24 May 2013 PAPERS WILL
        BE PUBLISHED IN THE ACM DIGITAL LIBRARY Full papers,
        Short papers and Applications Demos

Submit Paper The World Wide Web is the largest source of openly
accessible data, and the most common means to connect people and
share resources. However, exploiting these interconnected Webs to
obtain information is still an unsolved problem. This conference
calls for papers describing recent research in Information
Retrieval concerning the integration between a Web of Data and a
Web of People, to transform pure data into information, and
information into usable knowledge. We welcome submissions from
both research and industrial communities addressing the main
conference theme.

Organizing Committee Topics of Interest Submission Guidelines
Papers must be submitted electronically using Easychair System
Accepted papers must follow the ACM FORMAT

Important dates December 10, 2012 Paper submission deadline
February 4, 2013 Notification to authors February 17, 2013
