Call for papers DISCOURS Journal, Issue 13, non-thematic issue
Coordination : Christian Raymond & Stéphane Ferrari
Discours is an international and interdisciplinary (linguistics,
psycholinguistics, computational linguistics) e-journal, which
publishes two issues a year, and occasional special issues. It is
intended as a forum for exchanging and comparing data and
opinions on all aspects involving the description, comprehension,
formalization and processing of text organization.
Issue 13 welcomes submissions on all topics of the journal.
However, submissions focusing on how "parenthetic verbs" function
in discourse will be considered with special interest.
How can we characterise, for example, the syntactic relationships
between parenthetic constructions and the construction to which
they are attached? What particularities can be observed in the
position of parenthetic verbs? Are constructions of this type
always to be considered syntactically, or should they on the
contrary only be analysed at discourse level?
