Description: David Fuller (BSCS, MBA) is Director of Marketing, Contact
Center Applications for Interactive Intelligence, a provider of
multi-channel interaction management solutions for e-businesses,
enterprises, contact centers, and service providers. The Interactive

NT/2000-based communications platform designed as an alternative to

service/support positions for Seagate Technology and Safety-Kleen. He
