Description: Colin Gallick Vice President, International Operations
Colin Gallick joined Witness Systems in December 1998 as Vice
President of International Operations. Based in the United Kingdom,
Gallick directs world-wide sales strategy and initiatives for the
company from its office in London. Charged with managing the company's
global growth, Gallick also is active in educating the market abroad
on the benefits and value quality monitoring and customer interaction
recording deliver to call centres. Witness Systems is committed to
leveraging its success in North America to capture the burgeoning call
centre market abroad. With more than 20 years of technology
experience, Gallick has served in sales, marketing and operations
roles for both software and hardware companies. Prior to joining
Witness Systems, he worked with FTP Software, Inc., a world leader in
TCP/IP products and IP network solutions. In his role with FTP
Software (now Netmanage), Gallick served as vice president of EMEA
operations, which accounted for 45 percent of the company's business.
Prior to that, he served as vice president of European operations and
director of the board for Utopia Information Systems, Inc., a San
Francisco based supplier of help desk applications. Gallick also has
held increasingly responsible positions with Compaq Computer, Ltd.,
including his role as U.K. channel sales manager. He holds a diploma
in marketing from Bristol Polytechnic and a Masters degree in
marketing from the University of Bath.
