   He is responsible for helping set the technology direction for the
   company. Under Mr. Mitchell's direction, Davox developed and
   introduced the Unison® call management system. Mr. Mitchell has
   authored numerous articles and white papers, and is a frequent speaker
   on contact center management topics. Prior to joining Davox, Mr.
   Mitchell held engineering management positions at Inforex and
   Raytheon. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in electrical
   engineering from the University of Lowell.
