Yoon Kim, Ph.D., is currently the Chief Technology Officer at NeoSpeech, Inc., Fremont, CA. Prior to joining NeoSpeech, he served the positions of CEO and Chief Scientist during his tenure at VerbalTek, Inc., in San Jose, CA. He was with the Speech Technology and Research (STAR) Laboratory at SRI International, and has been an active member of the ETSI STQ Aurora DSR Standards Workgroup for the past few years. Yoon has more than 10 years¡¯ experience on speech analysis, synthesis, coding and recognition, and has published numerous papers, patents, and standards related documents on advanced speech technology for mobile and multimodal applications. He has a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University. |
