Mr. Harris joined DynED International in 1995, after more than 20 years experience in English language teaching, initially as a university professor and teacher trainer in Afghanistan, China and Japan. Before becoming an English teacher, he received double Honors in both Political Science and Philosophy at Claremont, and then earned a Masters in Education from Claremont Graduate School while teaching mathematics. His career in ELT publishing began as a writer, then sales/editorial liaison for Time Life, and eventually as Prentice Hall’s ELT Sales & Marketing Manager for Japan, then Asia, then Europe. The author of a number of ELT texts, he has been a featured speaker at numerous teachers’ conferences around the world. |
