Dr. Deborah Dahl has twenty-5ive years of experience in the fields of spoken computer-human dialogs and natural language understanding. She has been very active in efforts to develop practical natural language and spoken dialog systems, participating in technology transfer activities to both defense and commercial applications, as well as participating in standards activities and in tool development. She is the Chair of the World Wide Web Consortium's Working Group on Multimodal Interaction and is active in the World Wide Web Consortium Voice Browser Working Group. |
