     Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

                - Speech-enabled IVR apps in the Call Center
environment
                - Web-enabled IVR applications
                - ASR/verification systems for the cellular
environment
                - Language modeling and dialog design for
"speech-only" communication
                - User interface and human factors of speech-based
telecommunication tasks
                - Speech enhancement for telecommunication apps
                - Telephone services for the disabled
                - Architectures for speech-based services

     Authors should submit an Abstract of no more than 500 words
     with name(s), affiliation and full contact information
     of the author(s) on the title page. The submission should be
