AuBeta Telecom's iQueCall is an out-of-the-box family of
call center systems for NT and IP networks. IQueCall integrates with
host of client/server databases for single- or multi-site call centers
with between 5 and 300 agents. Functions supported include; CTI/PBX
interface, SQL database interface, ACD, Universal Messaging ACD, host
interface, IVR, predictive dialer, faxing, letter management,
documentation access, problem resolution, agent monitoring, call
recording, on-screen prompting and followup.
