The Human and Machine Perception Research Centre consists
of members of staff from the MacKay Institute of Communication and
Neuroscience, the Department of Computer Science, the Department of
Mathematics, and Psychology at Keele University and the Department of
Psychology at Liverpool University. The aim of the group is the
application of processing strategies employed by biological systems to
