The American Teleservices Association, Inc. represents the
providers and users of teleservices in the United States and around the globe.
ATA's members include
telemarketing service agencies, consultants, customer service trainers,
providers of telephone and Internet systems, and the users of teleservices,
such as advertisers, non-profit organizations, retailers, catalogers,
manufacturers, financial service providers, and
