The Artificial Intelligence Section is concerned with the
study and development of artificial intelligence systems provided with
some cognitive tasks such as natural language understanding, machine
learning, reasoning, etc. The concrete lines of our research are:
autonomous agents, bayessian networks learning, case-based reasoning
and learning, collaborative distance learning, constraint processing
and programming, fuzzy systems, genetic algorithms and evolutive
strategies, hybrid soft computing systems, integrated architectures,
neural networks, pattern recognition, reinforcement learning, and
unsupervised learning.
