Adante, which is essentially "ACD e-mail". Call center
agents use their web browser to connect to an Adante server (Win 95 or
NT) which then gets them the "next e-mail in queue". It gives you all
the same kinds of routing criteria for e-mail that you get with a
voice-based ACD, including behind-the-scenes integration with customer
information.
