CCL introduced a unique concept for a total offer of services in the
field of call centre activities. You can consult us for advise and
support in entering the call centre market. We deal with questions
about the location, facilities, labour market, training and education
and technical infrastructure, which enables you and other companies to
establish an operational call centre as quickly as possible and in a
very efficient way.
In order to meet the demand for well-trained call centre employees,
CCL has started a project for unemployed people and people re-entering
the labour market. At the end of this training the T. bin-exam will be
taken. CCL is officially authorised to set and supervise the exams for
call centre agents and call centre supervisors.
Apart from this training-project, CCL offers all kinds of courses on
all levels. We are specialised in developing and carrying out all
desired training, both in our own call centre and in-company.
