[EAR-Info] Site to collect info on Arabic NLP

ELSNET has just started building a collection of pointers to sites,
events, jobs, books, projects, etc relevant to Arabic Language and
Speech processing, including pointers to commercial products.

At this moment there isn't very much yet, but I would like to invite
all of you to add relevant pointers. You can enter them directly,
via a very simple web interface.
