Florian Gallwitz worked in speech recognition research at the University of Erlangen from 1994 to 2000. His Ph.D. thesis "Integrated Stochastic Models for Spontaneous Speech Recognition" and most of his scientific publications focus on the automatic recognition and understanding of spontaneous speech. In 2000, he co-founded Sympalog , a company focused on high-end conversational dialogue systems, and is now heading the R&D Department. |
