Description: Since Angel's inception in 1999, Michael has played a leading role in establishing Angel's business, technology, and product strategies. Before his work at Angel, Michael served as Senior Product Manager for MicroStrategy's Broadcaster and Telecaster products. In this role, he initiated, defined, and managed the industry's first intelligent outbound voice messaging platform. Numerous patents and product innovations that now define the core of the Angel platform pay testament to Michael's unique industry and technology expertise in the area of voice applications. Before joining MicroStrategy, Michael was the founding partner of a small IT consulting firm in Munich, Germany. Michael holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilian's University in Munich. His master's thesis investigated innovative marketing strategies for new communication networks, such as one-to-one personalization based on real-time analysis of customer behavior. |
