Description: Olav Strawe holds a business degree from the University of Cologne. He also studied at Pennsylvania State University, State College USA. He started his carreer developing a Marketing Information System for BASF in Manila, Philippines. He then worked as a consultant for database design, management information systems and telecommunication with UBIS GmbH, Berlin. In 1993 he founded TeleTalk - the leading German language publication on Audiotext, Voice Processing and professional Telephony Services. As publisher of the magazine TeleTalk, Olav Strawe concentrates on current developments and issues in telecommunication and value added services. Olav Strawe is a renowned expert on the domestic and international communication and customer care markets. He is a regular speaker at European conferences on these topics. |
