Het geavanceerde Aspect Call Center beschikt over ruim 200 telefoon/PC-combinaties, en 1000 telefoonlijnen waarvan 800 lijnen alleen worden gebruikt voor voice respons. Het Call Center maakt vele nieuwe toepassingen -geheel op maat- mogelijk op het gebied van telefoondiensten en telefonisch enquêteren. 1500 veelal hoogopgeleide en goed getrainde operators en telemarketeers bemannen het Call Center. |
