TeleCats is an innovative company, specialised in developing tailor-made call processing systems. Call processing systems take care of telephone-traffic, partly or completely. They have been designed to combi-ne the ordinary use of telephones and computers in a way which eliminates the need for human attendants. The only requirement for a caller is that she/he has a simple touch tone telephone (interactive voice response), a rotary dial telephone or simply can speak (speech recognition). |
