Adante, which is essentially "ACD e-mail". Call center agents use their web browser to connect to an Adante server (Win 95 or NT) which then gets them the "next e-mail in queue". It gives you all the same kinds of routing criteria for e-mail that you get with a voice-based ACD, including behind-the-scenes integration with customer information. |
