CallCenter Technology makes a supervisor and call center
knowledge management tool that lets users combine and view at the
desktop, multiple data sources within the call center. ACD statistics,
workforce management data, quality performance scores and other call
center data can be monitored, modified and reported in any format the
user desires. Thresholds can be set on all data to alert users of
potential problems and event status is uniquely displayed with the
call center's floor plans making it easy to spot location requiring
assistance.
